Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) evaluates people across four buckets, with each bucket having two possible classifications (or letters). The MBTI test is a set of simple questions with "this" or "that" answers. And with these answers, you can find out which letter is in each of your four buckets. At 16 Personalities, you can take the test, read about your personality type and familiarize yourself with the basics of MBTI if you have not already.
For each of us, it starts with studying your own personality type, an exercise in self-awareness. And this is followed by studying the other personality types, which is a window into how everyone else in the world functions and is an exercise in social awareness.
